How do I open and start the car? Where's the key?
At the start of your rent unlock the car doors via the Anygo app. In the car you will find the car key in the glove compartment.
If you park the car temporarily without finishing the rent, the doors must be locked and unlocked
both with the key and through the app to switch the rate to parking mode.To finish the rent, be sure to return the key to the glove compartment and attach it to the special cord inside. You can now lock the doors and end your rent via the app.
Do I need internet connection to use the cars?
Yes, the internet connection is needed. In particular, your smartphone must be connected to the internet at the moment when the rent is started or finished. No internet is needed while driving or parking
Where can I drive? Where do I leave the car?
You may drive anywhere in the area active on the map of Anygo app, except for unpaved roads. Cars are not equipped with snow chains. Driving at the period from the 1st of November till the 1st of April on roads where appropriate signs are installed is not allowed.
You must return the car to the Home Area (the exact current Home Area is marked on the map in the Anygo app) to finish your rent. Please park on any Free or Blue zone public parking spot convenient for you within the Home Area. The precise boundary is shown in the app. It is not possible to finish a rent outside the Home Area.
How do I extend my rent?
In the regular per-minute rate you can ride without any time limit. If you wish, you can buy a
prepaid package from the app during the per-minute rate.If you bought a prepaid package, note that upon expiration of the package it does not finish
automatically, but switches to per-minute rate. You must always finish your rent via the app.Once the prepaid package expires and switches to per-minute rate you can buy another prepaid package
if you like.Can I leave or pick up cars at airports? Other cities?
Not yet, sorry. You may go to any airport temporarily, to pick up or drop someone. If you temporarily park at the airport, please don’t forget to pay for their parking.
You must return the car to Home Area (marked in the app) to finish you rent.
Do I need to refuel?
Usually you don’t need to refuel, we refuel the cars ourselves. The cost of fuel is included in our prices. You can see the fuel level of each car in the app before your rent.
If during your ride the fuel level falls below 25% (a quarter of the tank) you need to refuel. Please go to any fuel station and refuel to full. Send the receipt photo to us, we will refund the cost to your account in bonuses. No refunds to card, sorry.
What if something is wrong during the rent?
App isn’t working, can’t finish the rent, can’t unlock or lock the doors
Check that stick is in N, hand brake is up, the car is completely off, all doors are closed. Wait for 30 seconds and try again
Flat tire
Stop immediately, do not drive on a flat! Contact us
The car won’t start or won’t keep running
Don’t forget to keep the brake pedal pressed while starting the car.
Our cars automatically turn the engine off at traffic lights – this is normal. The engine will start once you press the gas pedal again.
Road Accident – Contact traffic police at 192 and insurance company at triglav.rs.. Follow their instructions.

Fines
You are responsible for traffic police and parking fines issued during your rent or applied to car parked by you (even after your rent is finished), please pay them immediately. We will contact you if we receive such a fine

How do I save even more?
Always finish the rent in the app. Don’t forget to finish the rent via the app once you are done using the car. Prepaid packages do not finish automatically – you have to finish them via the app.
Invite friends. Invite your friends to register with us using your promo code. Upon their first ride you will receive Anygo bonuses! The bonuses may be used to pay for any rent’s cost
Additional drivers?
You may drive our cars only rented through your account with us, no exceptions. Another person must register with Anygo and rent from her or his account only. The insurance and the collision damage waiver are not valid if the car is driven by anyone other than the renting account owner.
