How payments work
You must pay for the rides immediately, we do not provide credit. Always have money on your card to pay for your rent
Charging your card
Our system charges your card:
- at the beginning of the ride
- during the ride every 2,000 rsd (approx. every 100 km or every few hours), and
- remaining balance at the end of your ride
Please make sure that your card has money and is working at all times. The car may stop or lock itself at any time if a payment is not successful
Please check after your ride that your account balance in the app is zero or positive
Deposits
Deposit is usually not required. We reserve the right to require a deposit before every ride, if you are younger than 20 or have not paid us on time in the past
Non-payment
Non-payment within 24 hours results in a fine of 500 rsd (once)
A large debt (over 2,000 rsd) or many non-payments result in a deposit of €30 required before every future ride, and(or) the future rides being more expensive for you. The deposit and(or) higher prices may be lifted if you pay on time for 30 days
After 30 days of non-payment your account will be suspended. Re-activation fee is 2,500 rsd

How Prices Work
The price of a PER MINUTE trip will consist of:
(1) start/unlocking price, plus
(2) price of driving minutes (when the car is in motion or is stationary with unlocked doors and engine), plus
(3) price of parking minutes (when car is in parking mode and waits for you)
The price of PREPAID RATE trip will consist of:
(1) prepaid rate price, plus
(2) price per minute (if your trip is more minutes than included the rate), plus
(3) price per kilometer (if you drive more kilometers than included in the rate)
Booking time at the start of your rent is free for the first 15 minutes. After this time or if you don’t start your rent further booking time is charged at the per-minute rate. Booking does not stop automatically after 15 minutes, always finish your booking via the app!
Always finish your rent in the app! Rents never finish automatically, you must finish every rent in the app.
What is included in the prices
- fuel
- taxes
- third party liability insurance required by law (subject to terms, see Insurance section)
- basic collision damage waiver – with the limit of 150,000 rsd (subject to terms, see Insurance section)

Prices
Our prices are shown to you in the app, immediately prior to your ride. The prices are subject to change often without prior notice, the prices shown in the app are final
Fines
Late Payment Fines
No money on card
the car may stop at any moment
Late payment insufficient balance on your payment card to settle a debt for more than 24 hours:
500 rsd one-time fine
deposit for future rides
price of future rides (minutes and packages) increases by 50%
After 30 days of non-payment the account is suspended
Re-activation fee is 2,500 rsd
Dirty Car Fines
Car must be left reasonably clean for the next client, all garbage removed
Smoking or vaping in car, heavy soiling:
5,000 rsd fine / dry cleaning fee
Dirty interior (salt or sand on seats, spills, wet seats, children feet marks, pets hair, etc.):
2,500 rsd fine
Garbage left (paper cups, bottles, tissues, masks, packaging, etc.):
1,000 rsd fine
Finishing Rent Fines
The rent must be finished within the Home Area (the exact current area is displayed on the map of Anygo app) on a free, public parking, accessible for the next client. It is forbidden to complete the rental in underground and roofed parking lots, because in these places there is poor GPS reception and other customers will have difficulty finding the car.
Finishing the rent on a paid parking:
parking fee + 1,000 rsd processing fee
Finishing the rent on a private parking unaccessible to public:
1,000 rsd relocation fee
Leaving car on shop’s parking, private parking, or blocking other car, roadway or house:
1,000 relocation fee if we are requested to move the car
Car left outside the Home Area:
3,000 rsd fine plus 100 rsd for each kilometer away from the Home Area
Window left open (even partially):
1,000 rsd fine
Other Fines and Fees
Not informing us immediately about accident or damage during your rent (including small):
2,500 rsd fine
Unauthorized driver (any driver other than the owner of the account, whose documents were provided during registration):
10,000 rsd fine to account owner
Drunk or ‘under influence’ driving (including accidents, car taken to police for any reason, opened alcohol or substances left in car):
10,000 rsd fine
Driving on unpaved roads (enforced by GPS):
1,000 rsd fine plus 100 rsd per every kilometer on unpaved roads
(plus any damage to paint and suspension)
Driving out of the Republic of Serbia (enforced by GPS):
5,000 rsd fine plus 300 rsd per kilometer
Municipality, parking or police fine
amount of the fine to be paid to government/municipality
plus 1,000 rsd processing fee.
